If you respond incorrectly or incompletely, you may increase your risk of adverse effects of using aligners. Also, certain conditions could render aligner treatment ineffective. It is important that you review the questions carefully, and answer accurately. Do NOT provide incorrect information because you think it doesn’t matter.
